Significant progress is being made at 918 N. Delaware Avenue. The complex will address the lack of residential density and pedestrian activity in a neglected, but quickly developing section of the Delaware River waterfront. By doing so, it will play a significant role in connecting the riverfront area with the thriving interior of Northern Liberties.

918 N. Delaware Avenue will join The Festival Pier redevelopment and the Greyhound bus terminal project as part of a larger initiative to transform Delaware Avenue between Spring Garden Street and Frankford Avenue. As a result of these projects, a total of 1,398 new residential units will be constructed. With these developments, thousands of people are expected to move to this area in the coming years, contributing to the vibrant growth of the Delaware Waterfront.

The scale and pace of projects in this area and throughout the city continue to accelerate, which is undoubtedly a positive trend. We are enthusiastically promoting the transformation of underutilized or vacant lots into vibrant residences, businesses, and recreational spots for people throughout the city and the surrounding region.
