Schuylkill Yards Project Update - 3151 Market Street

Once more, the cityscape of West Philadelphia's University City is undergoing a major update, with an array of new projects poised to reshape its visage. Perhaps most notably among these initiatives is the expansive 14-acre Schuylkill Yards development, a venture that boasts a roster of prominent towers, including 3001 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, 3025 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, and 3151 Market Street, alongside 3025 Market Street and Drexel Square.

The first set of pictures below show construction updates at 3151 Market Street. This project emerges on the northern stretch of Market Street, nestled between North 30th and North 32nd streets, bordered to the north by John F. Kennedy Boulevard. Conceived by Gensler and brought to life by Brandywine Realty Trust, this tower will soar to a height of 226 feet across 14 stories, encompassing an expansive 495,000 square feet. This architectural marvel will serve as a hub for offices and laboratories, complemented by ground-floor retail offerings.
