Setting the Right Price: Your listing price will be based on a comparative market analysis by The 'Right' Price Team. Feel free to initially list at a higher price, but remember, our guarantee only kicks in after adjusting to the current fair market value.
Important Dates: Make sure to sign the listing paperwork by January 3, 2024. Your home should be on the market no later than May 15, 2024.
Commission Details: If your home enters a contract after our 30-day guarantee period, the full commission is due to the buyer's agent. However, our listing side commission will be reduced by 50%.
Exceptions: Due to the longer average days on market, the guarantee period for Condos and HOAβs is 60 days.
About Offers: Any offers received within the guarantee window but accepted post-deadline will still be considered fulfilling our guarantee.
